JMT is a complete supplier of tools for vacuum forming, prototype series, pre-series and production aids such as fixtures and mould tools for lamination.

We are often involved in the early stages of a new process where, thanks to our extensive experience, we are able to find the most time and cost-effective solution for your project.

Our tools are supplied complete with all the necessary aids – such as coils for tempering, and polished, blasted or lacquered surface treatment. We can also offer cleaning fixtures and programming for your processing machines.

TOOLS FOR VACUUM FORMING MODELS

Vacuum forming models are the most common type of tool we produce – from simple tools in MDF and ureol to more advanced tools in aluminium.

Press tools

We manufacture everything from Quintus to double-acting tools in aluminium, kirksite and cast iron. Usually for prototype series or tools for low volume production runs.

Pur-tools

Everything from simple tools with hinges to larger tools that go in a press. Usually made of aluminium, but also steel. Can be supplied with a polished or blasted surface.

Composite tools

Tools in ureol or aluminium used to produce a composite part or a production tool for the actual part.
